Sound Healing Session
Everyone carries energy in their bodies. Similar to a musical instrument, stress and dis-ease can get us \'out of tune\'. The instruments used are tuned specifically to our body\'s frequencies and the vibration and sound re-tune back to vibrational harmony which promotes natural healing to occur. They have profound effect upon one\'s emotional, physical, mental and spiritual state. Not to mention, they are very relaxing! Session may include tuning forks, crystal singing bowls or other sound healing instruments. Tuning forks may be placed on the body if desired.
Sound Bath (Group Session)
Enjoy sound healing with your favorite people! Minimum of 5 attendees to book at a location of your choosing. Maximum will depend on space available. Sit or lay comfortably while listening and feeling the vibrations of the Quartz Crystal singing bowls. Comfortable seating and/or mats, pillows, blankets, etc.. are recommended for maximum enjoyment and relaxation. More details on booking page.
Paint Party
Love painting but you want to stay home? Host your own paint party with Vinhasa! This is a great option if you want to avoid drinking and driving, have your besties join you at home or also a great corporate event (alcohol not required to have fun). Whatever your occasion may be, we can add to the fun with a custom painting session. This booking is for adults 16+. Minimum of 5 attendees required. More details on booking page.
\"Whine\" and Paint
Kids love painting too! A little bit of \"whining\" is good for us to get things off our chest. Painting is a great outlet for those pent-up emotions! Why not whine AND paint?! This makes for a fun birthday party option or just a fun get-together or family fun night. Minimum of 5 attendees required. This booking is for ages 5+. More details on booking page.
